Sustainability Development Policy
TOA Paint (Thailand) Public Company Limited and its subsidiaries are committed to aligning our business operations with our strategic vision while simultaneously fostering sustainability for society and the environment. To this end, we have established a Sustainability Development Policy that underscores our dedication to integrating Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) considerations directly into our organizational strategies and core business operations. Our aim is to mitigate environmental impact, promote social responsibility, and build robust governance practices to create lasting value for all stakeholder groups.
Sustainability Development Strategy
The Company integrates its sustainability strategy with its vision and business strategy, focusing on creating sustainable value for all stakeholders while minimizing environmental impact and promoting social responsibility. This approach aligns with the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The Company has established key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and assess the progress of our plans and targets, and to communicate our achievements in key strategic areas:
Material Sustainability Topics
To ensure that the Company’s business plan aligns with global sustainability directions and industry perspectives, and to appropriately address the needs and expectations of our stakeholders, the Company annually reviews and selects its material sustainability topics. This process adheres to the international framework of the GRI Standards 2021 (GRI 3: Material Topics 2021).
Based on the 2024 materiality assessment process, the Company identified 16 material sustainability topics. Significant changes from 2023 occurred in two dimensions: Social Dimension and Environmental Dimension.
