⁽⁷⁾ The Company has acquired an additional 45% shares in Incosource Co.,Ltd. from Hardware Expert Co.,Ltd., its joint venture partner, resulting in the Company's complete ownership of the subsidiary at 100%.

⁽⁸⁾ The remaining 49.0% of registered capital is held by Mrs. Inthira Hirunyanitiwatna, Mr. Supachai Hirunyanitiwatna and Mr. Surakij Hirunyanitiwatna are not a related party under the definition in the Notification of the Capital Market Supervisory Board No. TorChor. 21/2551 Re: Rules on Connected Transactions.
